Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  •  Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
  • For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

 
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 24- 48hrs maximum period and will arrive within 24hours–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
  • Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return process.
Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Fraud Prevention
  • Opogo Store reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases involving abuse, suspicious activity, excessive return behavior, or policy violations.
